Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the LoveMaxe mobile application and website (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use LoveMaxe. By using the Service you confirm that you are 18 or older and legally able to enter into these Terms.

Your account

• Provide accurate information and keep your login details secure.
• You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
• One person, one account. Do not impersonate anyone.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or harm other users.
• Post content that is illegal, hateful, sexually exploitative, or infringes others’ rights.
• Use the Service for solicitation, spam, scams, or any commercial purpose we have not approved.
• Upload photos that are not of you, or that you do not have the right to use.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service.

We may suspend or remove accounts that break these rules, at our discretion.

Subscriptions and payments

• LoveMaxe offers paid premium plans. Prices and features are shown in the app before you pay.
• You can pay by mobile money or card through our payment providers.
• Mobile-money plans run for a fixed period and do not renew automatically — we will remind you before your plan ends so you can renew. Card plans may renew automatically; you can cancel renewal in the app.
• Except where required by law, payments for a period already started are non-refundable.

Content you post

You keep ownership of the photos and content you post. You give us a licence to host and display that content as needed to run the Service. You are responsible for what you post.

Safety

LoveMaxe helps people meet, but we do not conduct background checks on users. Always use good judgement, meet in public, and tell someone where you are going. You interact with other users at your own risk.

Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, LoveMaxe is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

You can stop using LoveMaxe and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms.

Changes

We may update these Terms. We will update the date above and, for significant changes, notify you in the app. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
